Jane is a UKCP registered psychotherapist with over 25 years experience. Through the eighties she explored many different kinds of therapeutic approaches, studied traditional medicine systems and trained as an ante natal teacher. After completing a years psychodynamic counselling training, she went on to train in Core Process Psychotherapy ( a mindfulness based approach) at the Karuna institute.
